The 13th tournament named after Anatoly Karpov held in Poikovsky is close to its end.

Dmitry Jakovenko started the competition with a successful draw. In the first four rounds he took a confident lead, so none of his rivals managed catch him so far.

One of the wins was gained over Nigel Short.

This time all of the players leave in Nefteyugansk: the bus was taking them to them to Poikovsky and back to the hotel for several days. Then it became easier as each playing couple was given a car, so the participants are able to go back to the hotel immediately after they finish the game.

As usual the games are transmitted on a big screen in the playing hall.

In the analysis room: Sergei Rubslevsky and Alexander Onishchuk
