The Head of the Board Arkady Dvorkovich nominated Sergey Nesterov, who's the Head of the Rostov Chess Federation, to take the place of the deceased Yuri Razuvaev.

Several hours before this motion was approved, Nesterov gave an award to the Chief Editor of the Chess-News web site, at the press centre of the World Championship Match.

The inclusion of the President of the Moscow Chess Federation Vladimir Palikhata into the membership of the Supervisory Board can also be noted. He took the place of the former head of the capital's federation Vasily Zhukov, who voluntarily resigned.
