Nakamura - Caruana duel of Round 7 Paris Grand Prix lasted for 14 moves per se. Italian made a terrible blunder in a well known position:

NAKAMURA - CARUANA

14...hxg6?? Correct is 14...fxg6 and then 15.Bxd4? Bxd4 16.Qh6 e5 gives white nothing.
15.Bxd4 As Caruana noted at the press conference after this there wasn't a lot of sense in continuing playing. However, he resigned only on move 34.
15...Qxd4 or 15...Bxd4 16.Qh6 Qd6 17.Qh7+ Kf8 18.Rxd4 Qxd4 19.Qh8+.
16.Qe1 Qxd1+ 17.Nxd1 so on. 1-0
