As Chess-News has found out the trial initiated by the Bulgarian Chess Federation (BCF) which sued FIDE has finished in Lausanne. Namely, BCF demanded abrogation of the contract signed between FIDE and company AGON. According to the contract, the Candidates tournament was scheduled to take place in March 2013 in London. The suit implied the demand for cancellation of the tournament.
The trial finished in FIDE's favor. Bulgarian Chess Federation's other demands have also been rejected. Among those is a request for cancellation of paragraphs 13.5 and 13.6 of FIDE Regulations approved at the Congress held in Istanbul. According to these
